Competition Intensifies Across China and Europe as ESG Case Collection for Conference Concludes SuccessfullyThe organizing committee of the third Sino-European Corporate ESG Best Practice Conference announced recently that the case collection phase for this year’s conference has officially concluded on schedule, with the total number of submissions reaching a new record high.

According to the organizing committee, this year’s case collection campaign demonstrated several notable highlights. Statistics show that more than 130 ESG practice cases were submitted by over 110 Chinese and European enterprises and institutions, setting new records both in the number of participating organizations and in the total volume of submitted cases. The committee also noted a significant increase in the representativeness of participating companies from both China and Europe. In addition to a number of Fortune Global 500 companies and unicorn enterprises from various sectors, many small and medium-sized enterprises from diverse industries also took part in the initiative. This, the committee said, reflects the broad recognition from the business community of the conference’s mission to promote exchange and mutual learning between Chinese and European enterprises in ESG concepts, standards, and practices.Meanwhile, this year’s conference has, for the first time, received case submissions from research institutes, universities, and other academic organizations, indicating growing support for the conference’s vision of building a high-level dialogue platform connecting government, industry, academia, and research communities. This year’s conference features six categories for ESG practice case submissions, including Zero-Carbon Cities (Parks), Social Responsibility, Technological Innovation, Digital Transformation, Environmental Protection, and Education & Training. For each category, a joint China-Europe jury panel will select two Best Practice Cases, along with several Outstanding Practice Cases.
